The Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Miami, supporting the delivery of luxury residential projects across Miami-Dade and Broward County. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career within a high-calibre, design-led environment — working on projects where quality, detail, and client experience are the absolute priority.

You'll work closely with senior Project Managers and the wider design-build team, gaining hands-on exposure to every phase of the project lifecycle — from preconstruction planning and trade coordination through to construction administration and client communication. The integrated nature of the business means you'll develop a broader understanding of how design and construction work together, which is rare and genuinely valuable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Project Managers across active luxury residential projects in Miami-Dade and Broward County
Assisting with scheduling, budget tracking, subcontractor coordination and procurement
Attending site visits, client meetings and design reviews — taking ownership of follow-up actions
Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation throughout the construction process
Helping coordinate trades and logistics to keep projects moving efficiently and on programme
Supporting construction administration activity — reviewing work against approved plans and specifications
Maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
Contributing to the quality control process — you'll develop a sharp eye for finish and detail

What Our Client is Looking For

1–4 years of experience in a construction project management, design-build or site-based role
A genuine interest in luxury residential or high-end construction — you care about quality and craft
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the confidence to engage clients and design professionals
A proactive mindset — you look for ways to add value and solve problems without being prompted
Familiarity with construction management or design software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD or similar) is a plus
A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
Based in the Greater Miami area with the ability to travel across Miami-Dade and Broward County
