Project Management
Boston, MA Permanent $90,000 – $120,000 DOE

About Our Client

Our client is an employee-owned construction manager with close to five decades of experience delivering technically complex, high-quality projects across New England. Their portfolio spans some of the most demanding sectors in the industry — Academic, Life Sciences, Corporate Commercial, Residential, and Senior Living — and their track record speaks for itself: an 80%+ client retention rate and an average staff tenure of over 12 years.

As a 30% employee-owned business, this is a place where the people doing the work share in its success. That ownership culture drives a level of care, accountability, and long-term thinking that you don't find at every firm. Their people stay because the work is challenging, the environment is genuinely collaborative, and the company invests in developing its talent from within.

The Role

Our client is looking for a driven Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is early in their project management career and wants to develop within a business that takes mentorship seriously and gives APMs real responsibility from day one.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers across a range of live projects, getting exposure to the full delivery process — from preconstruction planning and BIM coordination through to subcontractor management, client communication, and project close-out. The variety of sectors means your development won't be narrowly focused — you'll build a well-rounded foundation that sets you up for a long career in construction management.
