Our client is looking for an experienced commercial Estimator to join their preconstruction team in the Boston area. This is a senior-level position for someone who can own the estimating function end to end — from early conceptual budgets through to detailed hard bids — and who understands how strong preconstruction work sets up a project for success.
You'll work directly with clients, designers and subcontractors to develop accurate, competitive estimates across a range of project types and delivery methods including design-build, CM at-risk and hard bid. The role carries real influence — your numbers shape decisions, and your relationships with the subcontractor community directly impact the firm's ability to win and perform.
