One of the Northeast's largest and fastest-growing general contractors is looking for an Estimator to join their preconstruction team in Greater Boston. Founded in the early 2000's, they've built a reputation across new builds, Passive House projects, healthcare, education, multifamily, historic restoration, and senior living.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading cost estimates across a variety of project types and delivery methods — GC, CM at-risk, design-build
Running subcontractor procurement and bid management from ITB through levelling
Developing detailed scopes, quantity takeoffs, and budget narratives
Supporting value engineering and constructability reviews during preconstruction
Building and maintaining relationships with the subcontractor and supplier community
Working closely with PMs and project executives to ensure a clean handoff from preconstruction to construction
What Gets You Through the Door
5+ years of estimating experience with a commercial GC or CM
Exposure across mixed-use, multifamily, healthcare, education, or similar sectors
Strong takeoff and bid management skills — you know how to build a number you can defend
Comfortable working directly with owners, architects, and consultants at preconstruction stage
Proficiency in Procore and estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, or similar)
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
