Our client is looking for an experienced commercial Estimator to join their preconstruction team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can own the estimating function across a varied and technically demanding portfolio — from early conceptual budgets through to detailed hard bids — and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
You'll work alongside a strong preconstruction and project management team, engaging with clients, architects and subcontractors from the earliest stages of a project. The breadth of the firm's South Florida pipeline means you'll work across multiple sectors and project types, and your numbers will directly shape some of the region's most significant builds.
