Our client is looking for an Estimator to join their preconstruction team on a hybrid basis out of Greater Boston. This is a role for someone who can own the estimating process across a range of project types — from early-stage budgets through to detailed proposals — and who understands that strong preconstruction work is what sets a project up to succeed.
You'll work closely with clients, designers, and the subcontractor community, contributing to pursuits across life sciences, corporate interiors, commercial and institutional work. The hybrid model gives you flexibility, but this is a client-facing, collaborative role that requires strong communication and genuine engagement with the wider project team.
