Our client is looking for an experienced Preconstruction Director to lead and grow their preconstruction function in the Greater Boston area. This is a senior leadership position — one that sits at the intersection of business development, client relationships, and technical delivery — and carries real influence over how the firm wins and sets up its work.
You'll oversee the full preconstruction process from site feasibility and early budgeting through to detailed estimating, subcontractor selection, and project handoff to the construction team. You'll work directly with clients, architects, and design professionals across multiple project types and delivery methods, and you'll play a key role in shaping the firm's preconstruction strategy as they continue to grow.
