Our client is looking for a Pre-Construction Director to lead the preconstruction function across their luxury residential and commercial portfolio in South Florida. This is a senior leadership position for someone who understands what it takes to set up high-end, high-stakes projects properly — where budgets are significant, tolerances are tight, and client expectations leave no room for error.
You'll oversee the full preconstruction process from early budget development and value engineering through to detailed estimating, subcontractor selection, and handoff to the construction team. You'll work directly with high-net-worth clients, architects, and interior designers, and you'll play a central role in how the firm positions itself, wins work, and maintains the standard of delivery that its reputation depends on.
