It was founded in the early two thousands and has grown into a genuine multi sector contractor, doing general contracting, construction management, design build and preconstruction work across commercial, municipal, multifamily residential, office, industrial and medical projects. It's still a compact, close knit team, which means the people who work there aren't a number on an org chart. Everyone actually knows the projects and each other.
Leadership is hands on and closely involved in the business day to day. The values they talk about most are integrity, hard work and trust, and that shows up in how long their staff and clients tend to stick around. Recent work includes a large senior center build and renovations to affordable housing, and they've recently invested in newer project management technology to run jobs more efficiently.
They're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of projects from early planning through closeout, working directly with ownership rather than through layers of management. You'd be running budgets, schedules and subcontractor relationships on real, meaningful projects in the Hartford area.
