They're looking for a Project Manager who can run complex projects with autonomy — someone who builds trust with clients, keeps trades in line, and gets things done without drama. What You'll Be Doing
Managing commercial TI and interiors projects end-to-end — corporate, academic, healthcare, life sciences
Owning the client relationship directly from preconstruction through punch list
Leading subcontractor procurement, scoping, and buyout
Holding budget, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and schedule without letting anything slip
Coordinating trades through occupied buildings — this isn't a ground-up role
Attending OAC meetings and keeping architects, consultants, and owners aligned
Mentoring junior PMs as you go

What Gets You Through the Door
5–10 years of commercial construction experience with a GC or CM
Solid TI or interiors background — occupied-building work specifically
A track record you can speak to: corporate, academic, healthcare or life sciences
Strong client communication — you don't need chasing and neither do your projects
Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar — you know your way around the tools
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
OSHA 30 certified, or working towards it
