The Role

Our client is hiring a Senior Estimator to join their Randolph, MA team. You'll take ownership of the estimating function on a varied pipeline of retail, hospitality, healthcare and commercial projects — working across ground-up and complex occupied-space builds, often for well-established national retailers and developers.

This is a senior seat with real visibility, working closely with the leadership team and pre-construction staff from the earliest stages of a pursuit through to award — with a genuine path to grow further within the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing conceptual budgets, detailed estimates and hard bid proposals across multiple sectors
• Managing the full bid process, including subcontractor outreach and scope leveling
• Leading constructability reviews and value engineering exercises
• Working directly with clients and design teams during pre-construction and planning
• Building and maintaining subcontractor and trade relationships across the region
• Supporting design-build pursuits alongside the pre-construction team
• Contributing to bid strategy and pursuit planning at leadership level

What Our Client is Looking For

• Proven estimating experience with a commercial general contractor, ideally across retail, hospitality, healthcare or corporate/commercial work
• Comfortable estimating both ground-up construction and complex renovations within occupied spaces
• Strong subcontractor and trade relationships in the New England market
• Meticulous attention to detail and confident bid strategy input
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software (Procore, Sage or equivalent)
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
