The Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their Worcester team. This is a senior delivery role for an experienced PM who can take full ownership of complex construction projects — educational, civic, institutional, or commercial — from preconstruction through close-out.

You'll work closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and the field team, leading projects that genuinely matter to the communities they're built in. This firm works at scale — projects in the $50M to $200M+ range are typical — and they need a PM who is comfortable with that level of complexity and stakeholder management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading full project delivery from preconstruction through close-out on large and complex construction projects
• Managing client relationships, design team coordination, and owner reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Overseeing budget management, schedule tracking, and risk management across active projects
• Chairing OAC meetings and managing RFIs, submittals, change orders and contract administration
• Working closely with the Superintendent and field team to maintain schedule, quality and safety standards on site
• Leading subcontractor procurement, scope levelling and performance management
• Supporting preconstruction activities including estimating input, value engineering and constructability review
• Mentoring and developing junior PM and APM staff

What Our Client is Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on large-scale construction projects — educational, institutional, civic or commercial
• Track record delivering complex projects in the $30M+ range on time, on budget and to a high standard
• Strong client management skills — you can build long-term relationships and handle difficult conversations with confidence
• Experience with CM at-risk and construction management delivery methods preferred
• Familiarity with MSBA or Massachusetts public building programmes a plus
• LEED accreditation or interest in sustainable construction preferred
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or equivalent
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
