Our client is looking for an experienced Superintendent to take ownership of day-to-day field operations on commercial projects in the Boston area. This is a senior field role for someone with a proven track record managing complex commercial construction — someone who can run a tight site, lead trades effectively, and hold schedule and quality under pressure.
You'll work closely with the project management team and firm leadership, taking accountability for site safety, sequencing, subcontractor performance, and delivering projects to the standard this client's long client relationships depend on.
