Our client is looking for an experienced commercial Superintendent to take ownership of day-to-day field operations on projects in Downtown Boston. This is a senior field role for someone with a proven track record managing complex commercial construction — someone who can run a tight site, lead trades effectively, and maintain schedule and quality under pressure.
You'll work closely with the project manager and ownership team, taking accountability for site safety, sequencing, subcontractor performance, and the overall delivery of the project to the standard this client's reputation demands.
