Safety is embedded across every project through a dedicated General Superintendent who oversees compliance and site safety firm-wide — meaning field staff are properly supported, not left to manage alone.
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to join their field operations team, specialising in commercial interior fit-out projects across Greater Boston. You'll be the senior presence on site — managing trades, driving schedules, maintaining the quality of finish their clients expect, and making sure every project runs safely, efficiently, and to programme.
This is a role for someone who has spent their career in the interior fit-out space and understands the particular demands it brings — occupied buildings, tight logistical constraints, high-specification finishes, and clients who notice every detail. You'll be backed by a project management team that communicates well, plans properly, and treats the field as central to how the business succeeds.
