Our client is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their field operations team in Raleigh, NC. You'll take day-to-day ownership of project sites across the Triangle — managing subcontractors, driving schedules, maintaining quality, and making sure the job gets done right.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the front. You'll be the constant presence on site that keeps everything moving — coordinating trades, solving problems before they escalate, and holding everyone around you to a high standard. The variety of project types means no two builds are the same, and you'll be supported by a project management team that communicates well and genuinely values what happens in the field.
